Online Purchase – Return & Exchange Policy
 
1) Requirements:
Please take into consideration that we only accept qualifying returns and exchanges. Refunds and exchanges will be issued once we find the returned product qualifies after inspection

2) Item is eligible for cancellation if:

- You posted a return request within 24 hours of payment and your order is still under “Pending” status; or
- The order is delayed for more than 10 days since you have not received any notification regarding the delay; or
- The ordered item is out of stock.

3) We accept return(s) and refund(s) if:

- You receive a different product from your order; or
- You receive a defective or damaged product.
 
4) We accept return(s) and exchange(s) if:

- You want to request an exchange in size or color.
 
5) Return Instructions

** Returns by Mail
(1) Please send a return request via email at help@rhuzz.com within 10 days of postmark date. You are required to attach the photos of the received product(s) and to include the item code, the order number, and the reason for the return.
(2) A customer service representative will be in contact to assist you by email or phone.
(3) Returned item must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. You need to include a note of your order number, name, and user ID as well.
* Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF you followed the instructions above and your return request has been approved by our staff. Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.
* Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact. The item(s) must be sent in their original packaging and unwashed, unworn, undamaged.
* Please include all contents of the original package and free gifts (if applicable) in your return packaging.

* Shipping fee for any return caused by our fault will be paid by the company. However, if Canada Post’s cash on delivery is not possible then you can scan the return receipt and mail it with the item to return. The shipping fee will be refunded once the returned item has arrived.
 * Shipping fee for any return caused by customers will be paid by customers. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges (plus applicable taxes) are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. 
 
** Returns to Store
You must provide your invoice within 10 days of postmark date when returning the products to a store for an exchange or store credit. Refunds for online purchases are only processed when the products is mailed to our Online Returns address.

 
6) We do not accept return(s) if:

- Shoes, bags, or any other accessories
- Items marked as "Sale" are all FINAL SALE
- The damaged products due to your mishandling
- Your return request is not approved by our staffs

The following items are not considered defective:

* Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
* Items with creases that may have been made while shipping
* Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production

7) If there is a missing item from your order:

* Contact our customer service center by phone or email at help@rhuzz.com (if you cannot reach us by phone) within 1 day of delivery.
* Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise. 

Please note that we may not be able to process the refund for your missing item if you lose or damage any packaging material.
 
8) Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days

* Late or missing refunds
 
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@rhuzz.com

Purchased products at our Downtown Store are non-refundable but we offer exchange or store credit within 10 days of purchase if the item(s) must be in their original packaging such as unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.

2) We do not accept return(s) if:

- Shoes, bags, or any other accessories
- Items marked as "Sale" are all FINAL SALE
- Damaged products due to your mishandling
- Your return request is not approved by our staff

The following items are not considered defective:

* Items that are originally manufactured without tags or labels
* Items with creases that may have been made while shipping
* Items with unsatisfactory/incomplete finish due to mass production

Only regular priced items may be returned. All sale items are final. We apologize for this inconvenience.
